SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATIONS AND REMEDIATION
Lafser & Associates has the capability to provide subsurface contamination investigations and remediation
consulting services. Soil contamination is often an issue that must be resolved for redevelopment and
Brownfields projects. Contaminated soils must be treated or removed to ensure that vapors do not enter
buildings and cause health issues for future occupants and tenants. Likewise, contaminated groundwater
must be monitored to ensure health and safety of future occupants.
